Why are business cards still relevant?

At the start of the 2000’s all the talk around business cards was that they were going to be a thing of the past.  As we type this in 2021, they are still very much here and very much part of any brand’s experience.

Yes there is argument that the humble business card is no longer needed – however, we argue that it still is, and based on what the market is asking for our position on the matter is pretty firm.  Here’s why…

Materials:

As mentioned, there are numerous materials to choose from and a number of finishes to apply – even to a humble business card.  Nowadays the recycled stock is gaining in popularity since through the use of recycled stock, this ‘says’ something about your business at large, without your having to overtly say anything at all.  Or maybe your approach is to utilize a thicker stock with a matt laminated finish?  Or what about embossing?  Can you see how the choices can be numerous – even endless!

Design:
